Ick!

montyb on 2012-05-16 17:42:36
Yep, it's still an icky metaphor.

joed on 2012-10-28 18:12:47
THAT explains the nightmares following workdays

locodad on 2012-12-15 18:54:21
I think Mondays are the best days to digest and dream and not do any work , because we are too lazy from the weekend

locodad on 2014-01-18 18:54:26
garfield was doing some exercise because he was too lazy to be lazy

obsessedreader8 on 2015-06-14 22:46:56
Oh, this took forever--and it wasn't worth it!

skeeter on 2015-06-30 00:30:42
Oops. Digest the meals, not divest the means.

Default A pun that demonstrates its own point

True puns can be used with impunity.

Default Remember this one Llapp?

Katha Upsanishad

It's easy to lose yourself when this happens.

LLapp on 2015-10-18 06:21:43
Which is why I keep my illumined Self in a sealed bottle in the fridge behind the sauerkraut.

Default Behind the sauerkraut

oddcouple: This is great - I forget nearly all the comments, including my own, which is one reason I wanted to make this thread. What I do remember is looking up the spelling for "sauerkraut."

But what really strikes me in this one is personal: The date on my comment was just a few days after I had left my job, where I had felt frustrated for a long time. The image of my glowing self stored and hidden away in a sealed bottle was pretty apt for how I was feeling! And to think I was only joking.

Advice from a veteran trapeze performer: Throw your heart over the bars and your body will follow. "
Unattributed

universalmom on 2014-12-02 14:13:41
because your heart is in your thorax

abra on 2014-12-30 08:42:05
And if your heart crashes to the ground, your body will follow.

LLapp on 2015-04-04 19:04:20
Sounds gruesome.

dovid1946 on 2015-05-06 14:14:12
I heard about a famous trapeze performer who caught his wife in the act

oddcouple on 2016-03-08 23:41:23

Default CarpeLanam's really good idea

martayela on 2012-11-22 01:04:15
how can bansaisequoia solve this puzzle in 10 seconds? is he/she a robot or an actual person?

CarpeLanam on 2013-04-21 14:28:43
I think they need to add this question to the FAQ section of the site.
